I found the client galleries simple to use. Compared with some other gallery platforms I’ve tried, this one didn’t feel confusing or clunky, and everything loaded fine for my clients.

I got my tools connected way faster than I expected, and I was bracing for some kind of tech nightmare. But nope, everything just worked without any weird issues. I was ridiculously happy about how easy it was.

"Decent gallery delivery, but a little slow"
I used Sprout Studio to send a client gallery, and overall it did the job. Once everything was uploaded, the gallery worked fine and my client was able to access everything without any issues. That said, the delivery felt slower than I’d like, and the email preview looked basic. It’s not a bad tool, but for the price and purpose, I think the experience could feel a bit more polished

"Nice and simple, though not perfect"
The site looks clean and was easy enough to use. I liked the layout, although at the same time it felt a little too plain in some spots. Overall it was a smooth experience, even if I somehow still managed to second-guess where a couple things were.

I’ve been using it on my phone and it works well. It’s easy to navigate and feels smooth most of the time, though I also wouldn’t say it’s perfect. Sometimes it feels super convenient, and other times I catch myself wishing the mobile layout was a little less cramped. Overall though, it’s been easy enough to use.

"Decent Templates, If You Don’t Mind Doing Most of the Work"
I bought the email templates thinking they’d save me a bunch of time, which was apparently a little optimistic. A few of them were useful, but most felt generic and I ended up rewriting a lot just to make them sound like an actual person, or at least like me. They’re not awful, so there’s that, but for the price, I definitely expected something a bit more polished and ready to use.

"Made running things so much easier"
I started using Sprout Studio for my small business after one of those weeks where I had way too many tabs open, three coffees before noon, and still somehow forgot to follow up on a booking. It’s made a real difference. I’m not constantly chasing payments or digging through emails to figure out who said what and when.
It did take me a little while to get everything set up the way I wanted, but support was helpful whenever I got stuck. My calendar is way more organized now, I’ve missed fewer emails, and I feel like I can actually focus on working with clients instead of just managing the admin side all day. Definitely worth it for me.

I’m happy with how clear the reports are. The analytics finally feel like something I can actually make sense of without overthinking it.

"Decent value, but I felt a bit brushed off"
The pricing seems fair overall, and I do think it’s worth it for what you get. I just wish the cheaper plans included a little more. When I looked into it, it kind of felt like that concern wasn’t really taken seriously, which was disappointing. Still, for the price, it’s a solid option.

I’m not always the quickest at figuring new stuff out, so I wasn’t sure how it would go at first. But i found my way around fast and didn’t run into much that felt confusing. It ended up making my work a lot easier.

I’ve been using Sprout Studio for a while now, the best thing about it is that it just works the way I expect it to. I know that sounds basic, but when you’re trying to get work done, that matters a lot. The pages load normally, I’m not sitting there refreshing over and over, and I haven’t really dealt with random crashes or weird glitches that make me nervous. My work stays saved too, which is probably the biggest thing for me because I really don’t want to have to redo something just because the software decided to act up. It’s not something I have to babysit or worry about, and that makes it easy to trust. For me, that’s most of what I need.

Onboarding was way easier than I expected. Quick setup. No weird back-and-forth. The team walked me through everything, answered my questions right away, and I never really felt stuck. Just a really nice, low-stress start.

I figured the automation features would help a little, but I didn’t expect them to make such a noticeable difference. Most of the stuff just runs in the background and actually works without me having to babysit it. It’s saved me a surprising amount of time during the day

"Helpful if you deal with a lot of contracts"
I’ve been using this to keep our contracts organized, and for what I need, it’s been solid. The setup took a little time at first, so I wouldn’t say it’s instant, but once everything was in place it made things much easier to track. I especially like the reminders and having all the signed files stored in one spot. I had one question for support and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated.

I used trysproutstudio.com to book a session and check the schedule, and overall it was straightforward. I don’t think I had to dig around much, unless I’m forgetting a step, but the layout felt easy enough to follow.
The calendar worked like I expected, and the confirmation email came through quickly. There was one time where the page took a bit longer to load, and I kind of wondered if it was my internet at first, but it was still a little annoying.
In the end, it got the job done. I wouldn’t call it perfect, but it was easy to use, and I’d probably use it again if I needed to book another session.

I worked with Sprout Studio recently, i was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole experience was. Their communication was solid, and most of the time they got back to me quickly without me needing to follow up much.
There was one small delay where I wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but once I reached out, they explained everything clearly and got it sorted without any hassle.
Overall, it was a good experience. The team was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the process feel stress-free. A little more proactive updating would make it even better, but I’d happily work with them again

To be fair, maybe part of it could’ve been my connection or timing, but I don’t usually have issues like that elsewhere.
